Our classes are focused on developing and growing your asana practice at any level. Classes range from classical to contemporary approaches, beginning to advanced levels. Body Rolling: All Levels*
This class/Workshop uses a special myofascial release ball, to relieve tension in the pelvis, hips, legs, back, shoulders, chest, abdomen and neck. Specialized rolling techniques will be taught to help the student learn how to use the ball to begin to release the muscles and connective tissues. Benefits of this class are: improved posture, range of motion, improved alignment, increased muscle tone, increased flexibility and increased organ function. Balls will be available to purchase or rental. 75 Minutes, Look for workshop dates at the studio.
Hot Power Vinyasa Flow: Level 2
This challenging athletic flow practice, synchronizes movement and breath in a heated room. This class strengthens the body, releases toxins, builds stamina and increases flexibility. Students encouraged to take breaks when needed. 75 minutes, 95-99 Degrees.
Hot Vinyasa Flow: Level 1-2 & 2
This challenging meditative flow class will be taught in a heated room. It links the poses with the breath through creative sequencing, building stamina, heat, and body awareness. Focus on alignment and safety for advancing the practice. Students encouraged to pace themselves. Students encouraged to take breaks when needed. 75 Minutes. 99-100 Degrees.
TRADITIONAL HOT YOGA
This class follows a set sequence of postures practiced in a temperature over 100 Degrees. Please bring water and a towel. Level 2 Practice
Mindful Yoga
This class is designed to improve communication between the mind and body. Through quieting the mind, students will be able to hear and interpret tension patterns being held in the body. This practice utilizes gentle yoga postures and breath movement to relax areas of discomfort or stress. It provides an excellent foundation for a yoga or meditation practice.
Pilates/Barre: level 2
This class combines the core work of Pilates with the ballet barre method. Ballet barre uses intense isometric exercises, to strengthen, tone and re-shape the muscles. This is an INTENSE class that is sure to change your body!! Resistance tubing is also used to build strength and awareness. 75 Minutes, 75 Degrees.
Pilates/Ball All levels
This class utilizes a specialized myofascial ball that increases the pilates core work. 60 Minutes 75-80 Degrees.
Restorative: All Levels*
A deeply relaxing practice that uses props to facilitate deep release in the muscles and connective tissue. Guided breath with meditative focus helps to calm the nervous system and relax the mind. 75 Degrees.
Satya Vinyasa Flow: Level 2
This a very challenging and uplifting Vinyasa class, fusing focused work and alignment techniques to deepen the body's awareness, and a greater understanding of the postures being taught. Placing the emphasis on the correct muscle engagement, ensures the integrity of the practice, while safely advancing the students abilities. This class is for students who wish to move deeper into their practice as well as those wishing to build the proper foundation in an advancing practice. 90 Minutes 85- 90 Degrees.
Vinyasa Flow: Level 1-2
This class moves deeper into the foundation of Vinyasa Flow yoga. Flow through poses and sequences linked to the breath, building stamina, inner strength, flexibility and body awareness. Moving deeper into yoga philosophy and postures. 60 & 75 Minutes (See Schedule) 80-90 Degrees (See Schedule).
Vinyasa Flow: Level 2
This challenging meditative flow links the poses with the breath through creative sequencing. Building strength, body awareness, releasing toxins and opening the energetic flow in the body. 75 Minutes, 85-90 Degrees.
Yoga Foundation: All Levels
A class for those new to yoga, as well as the experienced yogi wishing to refine their practice. This class teaches the important foundational aspects and principles of the yoga practice. Our experienced teachers focus on correct alignment techniques, proper muscle engagement, and usage of props for safety and stability. We encourage all new students to begin here to ensure a safe and beneficial yoga practice. 75 Minutes, 75 Degrees.
Yoga Sculpt: Level 2
This class is a fabulous workout!! We use resistance bands and tubing with yoga postures, strength training and cardio to create a broad range of conditioning. The resistance allows for an increased awareness in the postures, deepening the strength and understanding in your yoga practice. It will definitely help build your practice on a different level! 75 Minutes, 75-80 Degrees.
